I am testing out some IAB samples from <a href="http://www.iab.net/iab_products_and_industry_services/508676/digitalvideo/vast/vast_xml_samples">this</a> page. I am having trouble with the some of the LiveRail samples, particularly in the 'mediafiles' tag. How do I configure for media files of different quality?

At present, there really isn't a way to reliably force bit rate selection in the media files. We've played with a couple *undocumented* options such as "bestBitrate": "medium" - but those currently don't work properly.
I'll look into this in the next 2-3 days and get an option working for you so that you can select a media file based on bitrate preference.
In the meantime, I tried the IAB samples, specifically the Liverail linear ad example - it does seem to run - it's just that the stream takes forever to load up and play it seems - the hi.flv stream is the one that plays by default with OVA.
Is that what you are noticing?
