i have the problem that i have like 4 advertising agencys for different regions, or some time one got ads and the other doesnt.
So i am testing with the latest ova developer build (219) the failover method. I want only to serve 1 single pre-roll advertising and ignore the other vast or vpaid responses, but somehow it always plays ALL available spots, sometimes then even 3 spots before the video begins.

Hi.. just a little more.. I just tested build 219 with a setup that has 1 clip and a pre-roll defined with 3 fail-over servers... and that seems to work ok - just 1 pre-roll ad plays.
But something's going wrong for you however so I think I'm going to need to see the actual VAST responses returned etc. to understand what's happening.

It's a bit difficult to test/see what's happening with a config that doesn't have complete ad tags in it...
Sounds strange - there is a chance something here is broken in the latest dev build, but I can't imagine what...
