OVA instead of AdSolution?

I use AdSolution to add html banner on the video.
Can I use the same way OVA?

Hi,

It's certainly possible to use OVA to display HTML banners over video streams.

Here's an example for OVA for JW Player 5 - this is also possible with OVA for JW Player 4 and OVA for Flowplayer.

Saying that though, you need to have an ad provider that returns the HTML banner in a VAST response.

In the example above, we are using OpenX to serve the HTML banners.

So it is not possible to enter the html codes from adsense or TradeDoubler?

No - definitely not AdSense.

I'm not sure about TradeDoubler. Don't know anything about it.

But, the key rule is that to use OVA the ad system must return a VAST response...

If it returns a VAST response, it will work...
