video deliver capping with openx

Well my original assumption with this was that it is some type of cookie issue ... but since OVA sends its HTTP requests from within Flash and those requests (I believe) always get routed via the browser, I now assume that if delivery capping requires a set of cookies to work, that those are being transmitted.

But honestly, I know very little about OpenX and delivery capping. If you could tell me how OpenX delivery capping works (what OpenX requires) perhaps we can locate the source of the issue?

It do think however that it could simply be that the OpenX video ads implementation on the server side isn't covering whatever logic is required to support delivery capping... I think that's the best place to start - have OpenX suggested that it should work (on their Forum etc.)?
