iOS video playback problems

First off hats off to ya....great program. I have recently taken over as webmaster at www.facelessfishproductions.com I need to enable video playback on iphone and i ipad- ive updated jwplayer and have used handbrake to encode a file to iphone 4 presets and iphone and ipod touch presets - only thing that happened is it takes 4 minutes to load the video - still nothing on my iphone 4- when I load witht he iphone it simply displays nothing-nothing to click-nothing...any suggestions?

In handbrake make sure that you have checked the "web optimized" checkbox.

just tried...same result...Im not even getting a frame shown..im at a loss..lol

alos have tried to roll back to 5.7 but nothing changes. Is there anything else I need to change or just jwplayer itself?

lol, wow im dense. UPDATE: ive correct the code and updated the player. Im now getting video not found or access denied...Im sure that I have encoded the video correctly using handbrake...will look into it further
