Hi ,

I am running video using JWPlayer in html5 with fallback mechanism.
The videos are in the following 3 formats:
.mp4
.ogv
.webm

Its working fine in all browsers except mozilla firefox.
The following error is displayed when i am trying to run it in firefox:
The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported:

Please help me figure out a solution for it .

Hi!

I have the same problem in Internet Explorer 9.
Only when using HTML5.

If i load the Mp4 directly in the browser, and after that go back to the HTML5 player it works..

Change:

stretching: 'fill',

To:

stretching: 'exactfit',

Having problems with video play back in IE.
Similar to other posts I am recieving the error message

"The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"
All of the videos are in MP4 format.

I have changed stretching 'fill' to 'exactfit' with no joy!

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
