Wometimes it works / Sometimes not ;(

Hi,

my integration on jwplayer runs fine for me. The Video is shown on every
machine a tested. Aplle Macs, Windows PCs and all Browsers a got on
my develop-system IE 5.5, 6, 7, Mozilla/Firefox, Opera, Safari ... but into
the customers lan ... only sometimes and sometimes not.

My integration requires version "9" and the flashdetection decides to
show the player ... but only the player. the image ist shown but the
movie couldn't be started without showing any loading-status.

is there any way to debugg and find any error ?
