I have setup a playlist but when I load my html page in Firefox I get 2 playlists displayed. One on the right side of my video display and a second below the video display. See my page here;

It looks like you've configured your site to use the javascript playlist in addition to the flash playlist.
Since you're using the flash playlist you should be fine to remove the javascript that's generating the second playlist.
