Display a pre-show but not listed in Playlist

I am looking to try to have a "preroll" per-say, in which, when the player first starts, the company's logo animation (10 second flv) displays, welcoming the user to the player.. then starts on with the first video in the playlist.

I also need to have it not selectable, or visible in my playlist at all..

basically i want it built into the player, where it's the first thing you see, but only when the player is first instanced.. not before every video in the playlist or anything like that..

Is there something I can do that is similar to a pre-roll or a commercial, that would allow me to have this option, without the user seeing the selection of the logo animation in the playlist?
