Hello lefty and others,
I would like to install RED5 into my server for playing my FLV files, however, I couldn't make it work.
Will anyone help me for setting this up, I am willing to pay for the job.

Linux, the server hasn't been ordered yet. So what would you suggest be the best for jw player. I will order it for you.

Yeah, Linux like CentOS is fine for Red5.

Make sure that you get lots of RAM, like 4GB or more and fast SATA2 or SATA3 hard disks. Disk I/O is always the killer in serving video.
