I have been trying for the past two days to resolve my issue. After reading through all the posts decided to ask for your assistance.
I have purchased the licensed version of the player. Have download the appropriate player from the licensed link. Unzipped the contents of the folder.
According to the instructions I am supposed to upload player.swf and swfobject.js to my webhosting provider- this is with bluehost. Please note my player.swf is named player-licesed-viral.swf.
Q#1= When I opened my folder it contain several items. I am ONLY to upload the two files listed in the above paragraph?
I am currently using a program purchased through codejam.com to make my video slide show. This file is a .flv file. I add this file to my webhosting provider in the same folder as the player.swf and swfobject.js files. I have added a preview image as well. The grungetape.swf skin has added to the folder as well.
I use the JW setup wizard and make all my selections. The wizard will not show my slide. However it works beautifully without the skin. So I choose the embed coding copy it and go to my Yahoo web hosting to insert the html code. All I see on my live site is a lite blue empty box. Foxfire and IE7.
In one of the posts it mentioned that I needed to change the player.swf to player-licensed-viral.swf. So I did and tried the wizard. Nothing. I copied the code the wizard gave thinking JW uses the standard logo player. Still nothing.
So this time I just renamed my player-licensed-viral.swf to player.swf. Still just the blue screen.
Q#2 The setup wizard is it for the licensed player as well?
Now the license I purchased was for one website. I gave JW at time of purchase my dot com as my site. After thinking through my steps, I decided to use it on my dot net site. With all my problems, I thought to delete the player from the dot net and put on dot com. Thinking the player should be used on the same site as the page I wish to place the shows on. This time I used the (oh I forgot the choice but its the default code) wizard makes. Still nothing.
So for now I have removed the player from dot com and put it back onto dot net.
Any ideas? I would really like to use this player.

The best way to get really useful, effective help, is to post a link to your Test Page. Then an experienced user can look at your code and tell you what needs changing to get it working.
For a basic setup, you should use full URIs to all of your files. Later, once it's working, you can experiment with relative paths.
Required files:
http://www.domain.com/path/player.swf (or a variation)
http://www.domain.com/path/swfobject.js (if you are using swfobject)
http://www.domain.com/path/filename.flv
http://www.domain.com/path/image.jpg
http://www.domain.com/path/yt.swf (if you are using the YouTube proxy)
