You Tube Video Problem!

Hello. I am trying to to upload a youtube video onto my website.

I have tried pretty much everything and for some reason, the only thing that shows up is a green box. I am probably just doing something wrong, but I don't know. I can't figure it out!

Here are the 2 codes that I have tried using:

One is just html and one is Javascript.

And yes, i have uploaded player.swf, and swfobject.js, so I don't think that is the problem.
