Embed JW FLV Media Player 4.4 in Flash CS3/4

I'm try to embed JW Player 3.15 in Flash with AS2 and it work's fine.

But when I try to include JW Player 4.4 in Flash with AS3 I have serius problem.
I try different method who I read in this forum, without success.

Do you have any suggestion o code who work correctly?
