Code for playing flv's locally?

I'm trying to setup the player so it plays videos that are local on my computer. I can get the code right to embed on a web page but I need to show the player locally for demo purposes. I get 'file not found' or 'check permissions' errors or blank screens.

Can someone give me some sample code for this setup? It's too bad the setup wizard doesn't support this. Thanks!
