Why Youtube player better than JW player for HD ??

Hi,

Anyone else noticed or just me?
I watched a sample HD movie on youtube... It plays very smooth and picture is crisp, but when I download the MP4 from youtube and plays it via JW Longtail Player it jerks and skips some frames and it looks not as good as when its played "live" on youtube using their player..

I also tried play the movie using Windows Media player, it also looks less nice compared to the quality watching using Youtube player

Is there some way to copy / integrate Youtube player code to JW Longtail player?

Thatst because the movie is from old ages when Youtube didnt support HD

Can someone upload the HD version to youtube and let google process it please ,
Dont upload already processed mp4 but the original HD file.
