Video Lag During Playlist

We have a playlist of videos, but there is complete lag at the end of the 2nd video. See first video on this page as example: http://www.thoughts.tv/

Can all videos in the playlist pre-load before the first video starts?

What do you recommend?

AJ,

The 2nd video in your playlist is in m4v format. The first video is in mov format.

M4V is fine, but how did you encode the file?

Also the next two items in the playlist are WMV and AVI format, these do not work in the JW Player.

What video formats do you support? Should we convert all to mp4 or flv?

We support FLV, as well as any H.264 encode file (mp4, mov, m4v, etc).
