how compile rtmp file in jw player 3.16

i want to compile Jw Player 3.16 with rtmp streame and file name how do this can any help me

JW Player 3.x did not support RTMP. You'll need to upgrade to at least version 4.0 (although we recommend that you use the most recent version, 5.1).
