mp4 not working on iphone ios5 and ipod ios5 but on ipad ios5 and ie8.

If it doesn't work with our test file, it is probably a server setting on your end.
Link to http://www.longtailvideo.com/jw/upload/bunny.mp4 on our server and see if it works.

i can´t belive it, because the other browsers work fine. What kind of server settings can make trouble only on iphone and ipod

I have read this article, but i have no choice to patch the server because it is hosted by a provider. If i can´t define some specific parameter which the provider have to change then i have no possibility to bring the apple devices to run.
The reason is, that the provider can say: All other browsers work fine and it is not guaranteed that the patch solves this problem

You need to ask your hosting provider to make sure to enable range header requests on your server.
