I get error "No AAC Audio or AVC video stream found." after playing for for some seconds. Time playing varies from stream to stream. Let me know the best place to upload the stream?

I want a link to where you are embedding the player, not the file.

I could resolve the "No AAC Audio or AVC video stream found" issue. It was an H264 encoder configuration issue. But now JW Player will play for 50 seconds and get stuck. The same set of files play fine on quick time.

Here is the link with the stream

The adaptive provider is still in beta, but we will investigate this, please leave the test link up, thanks.

How did you create this stream; with which tools?

Its using Direct Show and Intel IPP library

Is there any update on this issue?

Still in beta...

1. Do you have any expected release date?
2. Is this a jwplayer problem or an encoding issue?

Will have to ask here...

We don't have a release date yet - perhaps around a 6.0 release in feb.

The issue might be in the stream or player. Do you have an example stream up I cna check?

Not yet. We are working on it at present though.

Just want to clarify, will this issue get fixed in jwplayer?

Reply

At this point not, since the test stream is down. It was down a few weeks ago, when I wanted to take a look at it as part of a string of bugfixes. Can you add the stream again? Then I can take a look at it soon thereafter.

Its up again. Let me know when it will get fixed

I pulled a copy of the test stream and am looking into it...

Was this stream encoded with Sorenson? The clock drifting doesn't seem to be an issue. Instead the JW Player cannot decode the keyframes, since they are always placed at the boundary of 2 TS fragments.

This is something we specifically encountered with Sorenson Squeeze streams and should get fixed as part of an update to internally "glue" the segments together to a single stream again:
