Licensed Player probelm in Flex

I have got license for JW Player.When i am using jwplayer licensed swf in html page,Water mark not showing in browser.But If i use that jwplayer licensed swf in flex,that player is not showing in browser.Let me know, why it is not showing in flex
And If any step is their to setup licensed jwplayer swf in to flex.

Note : I am using JWPlayer 5.0 with license
