Do I need a commercial license?

1 reply [Last post]

Hello -

Currently, I am developing a spiritual formation service for artists and writers. Its website will be the focal point for a variety of online services, ranging from individual conversations and guided retreats through working groups for artists or writers developing new projects.

Some of the pages on this program's website will use embedded educational videos explaining the principles and practices of my program as well as introducing the issues discussed in online workshops and seminars.

Some of the services of my website will charge nominal fees, determined on a sliding scale by the artists' financial and personal situation. There will be no ads on the website, although in-kind contributions of equipment and other materials will be acknowledged on the site.

Do I need to obtain a commercial license to use your software on my website or may I use the noncommercial version that you offer?

Thank you and all best wishes.

You are charging for things on your site. This would be a commercial endeavor.
