Mapacho, as you're using the player for a commercial endeavor (albeit a personal one) a license is required.

as long as you sell something private and you don't sell flats all the time you don't need a licence for it. same if you sell your car, your motorbike or anything else that belongs to you

@doubt it - I respectfully disagree. If you use the player to sell anything, then you're using it as a tool to earn money. If it wasn't helping you earn money, you wouldn't use it. As such, it's important to purchase a license, as it's only fair -- the player helped you sell an item so you should pay for that player, not steal the intellectual property associated with it. Whether or not the item is personal or part of a business is irrelevant.
