We have a commercial license for JW Player and when using the download function at http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/commercial-license/ we get 4.3.132. What do we do to get the shiny new version 4.5?

It keeps showing the older version 4.6 or something.. where's v5.0?
Part of the reason I bought a license for JW, as opposed to the other players, was because it clearly stated that buying a license would entitle you to use newer versions as they are released.
