I'm unsure of the profit/nonprofit differentiation here.
Also, we use Joomla, and your player comes through a plugin for hwdVideoShare. Last time I checked, Joomla was more or less a CMS, so why does a plugin for Joomla ask us to accept (or not) license terms which, in effect, won't allow its own application of your product, ever? It asks for agreement to the "JW FLV Media player noncommercial license" which, as your forum clearly states, can't be applied to a site with a CMS (like Joomla?)
Can we use the noncommercial license, and if not, which of these situations caused it?
You can continue to use the non-commercial player.
