Do i need commercial license ?

I would like to use the jw player under cc license, this is our website:
http://videos.agro.uba.ar/

We are from a famous university from argentina, Universidad de Buenos Aires, the university is state-owned, public and free.

So, im i started this new thread to be sure if we could use it under the cc license.
