Commercial license and 4.7 Flv

I have a commercial license, but there may be two issues that are addressed under the 4.7 Player, specifically, HTTP streaming and maybe another one.

Since 4.7 is not out as a gold version, can I still download the latest fixes AND implement under my commercial license?

BTW, if I can do this, where can I find the latest version?
