I'm concerned about the following statement in the YouTube terms of service. I'm not looking for legal advice but I am just curious if anyone who pulls videos from YouTube using JW Player needs to have authorization from YouTube to do so?

Since the JW Player uses their API does that imply that we have their authorization or does each individual site owner need express written consent from YouTube?
