I've purchased license for the flow plugin (only the plugin, not the player license), I've received the license number and a link to download the plugin, but when I enter my number + email it says there is no "player" license for that number...
To download a pluggin do I need to purchased a player license also?!

If you have a commercial website, you should not only purchase a license for the plugins, but for the player as well.
With that said, you hare not supposed to download plugins. Instead, you activate them in the player's flashvars.
