Hello. I am going to be starting an anime site soon like http://www.animeblogz.com and i would like to know if i have to get a license.

I just took a look at your site above looks like you are using for commercial purposes (e.g. serving ads etc). That said we do ask that you pay a for a license for the JW Player. You can order from here:
