Is there a way by which i can set up "YuMe" plugin in my sample project before purchasing that plugin!

If so, can you pls tell me how?

We don't provide free trials for the advertising plugin. What we can do, however, is that if you purchase the plugin and it doesn't meet your requirements, we can offer you a full refund within 15 days.
