Premium Support - How?

Hi,

How do we get access to premium support? We have already bought it but I am not sure whom should I ask about the issues.

Basically, we are using jwplayer on a site. Its working nicely for most of the browsers. But there is a small issue where video preview image is not working in:
1) iPad - Safari
2) BlackBerry 7.0 - 9810

The skin we are using is "Glow" (Which was also purchased).

Please help.
