YouTube Terms and Conditions

Hi,

I really hope someone can cast some light on a YouTube TOS question.

We are looking to use the JW player to build a custom player that can play Youtube and other content.

We also want to enable our users to capture some simple viewer data from the player.

ie a viewer would watch a YT video within the JW player and then at 30 secs a pop up would appear in the video play area that asks for contact details of the viewer. The video would then resume where it left off.

Is this intefering with YT audiovisual content..we aren't changing the video, just asking who's watching it!

The YT TOS seems a little wooly in this area

Any thoughts or ideas would be really gratefully received
