MAC - Firefox 3.5.5 and JW Player 4.6.450

Hi,

I've got a MAC user on our site who cannot play our videos.

They say that "They just twirl and twirl and never load."

Here are there specs.

MAC OX is 10.5.8
Firefox 3.5.5
Flash version MAC 10,0,32,18

Has anyone got any ideas?

I've not heard reports from other users but would be interested to see how we can troubleshoot this. They can play YouTube Videos ok.

I have the exact same problem on my site. My colleague and I both use the same specs above and the videos "They just twirl and twirl and never load." I checked all other browsers and no issues.

I re-uploaded JW and even tried clearing cache on the site but I'm still experiencing the same problem.

Anyone have tips or tricks to make this problem go away.

I'm having the same problem. It works on safari for my blog but not for me on firefox.
