The FLV Player is working fine on our website when viewed in Firefox or IE, but when the site is viewed on the iPhone's Safari browser the player does not show up at all.
Is there something I need to configure differently?

Flash is not supported on the iPhone, nor is the VP6 video codec or the FLV container format.
You'll need to encode your videos in H.264/MP4 and use the HTML5 video tag (or a simple download link) for videos to work on the iPhone.
