video on ipad

The jw player has served me well for a long while now unfortunately I am now beset with the dreaded flash problem on the Ipad. I usually make a get around with a standalone link but embedding is so much nicer. I have downloaded the latest player and uploaded it to my site. I use an xml playlist for convenience on the webpage. The result is that the webpage in question actually has a player window up as if it were going to work but it does not. Is it the playlist protocol that is wrong? I have no idea. The links to the pages in question are
http://itn1955club.co.uk/video.html which has the old player links and shows only the text asking if you would like to download flash when viewed on the Ipad and
http://itn1955club.co.uk/videos.html which has the latest player and the most up to date html code, this shows the player screen on the Ipad but has no playlist and does not run any video at all. Both pages work perfectly when viewed on anything but an Ipad.

Your playlist uses the XSPF format, which is not supported in HTML5 mode (and therefore on the iPad). If you want to continue using an XML playlist (as opposed to configuring the playlist items in your player setup code), you'll need to convert them to the Media RSS (mRSS) format.
