I was looking the diff of changes, why don't you add the minified version of the javascript files to the version control software's ignore list?

We include the minified JS (and the compiled swf) in source control so that people who download the source can use the files without needing to compile anything. Sure, it makes the diffs a bit messier, but it's worked well for us.
