You should generate a new embed code for this page that will be of the format http://content.bitsontherun.com/players/KEY-PLAYER_KEY.js while your embed code still uses player ID's and template ID's because back when we had this embed code format, we didn't even have bitrate switching.

I understand about the legacy embed on www.reelshowint.com - Our webmaster set up the botr system a while back so all I have to do is insert the key to embed each film - I have no idea how to change this....but on our wordpress magazine site I have 2 players on the homepage both embedded as you say they should be but one, the bigger player, is not showing the share button http://mag.reelshowint.com - what is the problem here do you think?

This is because the player had the custom property "dock" set to false. I have removed the property, the sharing button should show up now.

thanks - the reelshow 'default' player dock is set to false as well - should i remove that as well to see if it will work properly on www.reelshowint.com

You can always try that. If "dock" is set to false, no buttons that overlay the screen will be shown.
