Hi there,
on our website the videos starts with "HD off" in poor quality. Is there a way to set the player starting with the value "HD on"? I didn't found that setting.

In the player details there is an integrations section. There you can set custom variables, so here you would have to enter
hd.state true

Hi Remco.
Try to activate it and did not work. My video is "Adaptive Streaming" distribution. I need to stream the best quality possible but by default is low quality in many connections. I have to use "Adaptive Streaming" for safety. Is there any way to force a better quality?

If the connection is bad there is no way to force a higher quality template as that would cause the video to stutter.
Set the hd.state variable to true.
