cannot find stream

Hello,

We have several videos all of which have worked previously through streaming via bits on the run (nice service! - thanks!)

However this morning I am encountering a "stream not found" error on one of my videos.

If I go to the administrator side of things and get the direct URL of the video, it starts to download and play without difficulty.

I am at a loss as the video had worked previously and is unaltered, so seems a bit odd it has stopped working now?

Any suggestions from anybody about where to start?
