After updating Wordpress to 3.3.1 the video player has corrupted the update and has interfered with my slideshow , It is currently deactivated to prevent the slideshow from working. But my videos do not show . I cannot go back and reinstall and older version of Wordpress so this is why i am here . Website in question is www.jiujitsusweep.com

no the slideshow is part of the theme it is not a plugin. the flash player plugin cannot be installed if using Arras theme, it will freeze the slideshow, not sure why oir if it will be fixed at a later date
Ah, okay. So the default themes work fine, but it doesn't work with your custom theme. I'm afraid we do not have the resources to debug any theme specific issues, as this can just as well be a theme problem. The plugin is open source, so if you're a developer, you're free to adept it in any way you see fit to make it work.
The plugin works fine with a base installation of WordPress 3.3.1, we cannot promise that it will work with all plugins though; we cannot support that I'm afraid.
