First off, as a Bits on the Run user I'm supposed to receive "premium support." How would I go about receiving that benefit? It's far from clear to me.
I posted a request to the contact us form in the footer of the site over a week ago and have not heard back from anyone. Now I am trying here in your support forum. I hope to hear back from someone TODAY on my issue as it is causing hardship to my site operation.
Here's the simple question:
I have several audio files hosted within BOTR already, but a week ago the BOTR site began to reject .mp3 files that I upload. I get this message http://cl.ly/CrdJ stating that my media file "contains no recognized video stream"...duh...It's an AUDIO FILE. The upload a new video function on the BOTR site clearly states "You can upload audio or video in any format. " so I'm left quite puzzled over the fact that I can no longer upload audio files to the service that I've paid good money to use.
I need swift resolution to the problem. PLEASE HELP!

I suspect your message might have gotten into a spam filter or that there was another issue while posting the form; I can't find any email that contains "Matt" and "mp3".
We have the error message video specific because video is the most common use case; so the real error is that there is no recognized "media stream". Furthermore, I have tested with mp3 files since and they still worked, so it sounds like there was an issue with those specific files. What is the media key of this audio file?
