How long wil processing take on the free account?

My video is being processed for hours now.

I was wondering how much longer it will take, because I'm planning on choosing Bits on the Run on short notice for our new video platform from which we expect to have thousands of views daily. I'm making a decision this week, so I'd like to move on with testing..
