i have a scenario like i have 5 transcoding all are set to "Automatic transcode on video upload" in my account all vidoes are working,transcoding fine.. but now i ran into a situation that i want to skip all these transcoding for few videos and ofcourse bydefault transcoding should carry on.. while all transcoding should work for other videos as automatic transcode on video upload...
So basically how can i skip my transcoding for some videos with out effecting other videos transcoding job ?? i have some special videos for that i dont want any transcoding, since all i'm using API i finding difficult to skip transcoding to this special videos..
Hi Foster. If you enable uploads for all videos, they will, simply said, happen for all videos. It is not possible to mark a video as "special" before or during upload.
After the video has been uploaded, it is very easy to delete unwanted conversions again though, via the API. Alternatively, if you use the API anyhow you could also turn the process around and make no template render by default, and use the API to render out the conversions for the majority of your videos.
