Hi, we've decided that we want to go for adaptive bitrate switching in future, so we want to delete the Passthrough template which we had previously created. However, it seems to be 'hard coded' into the dashboard. Is there any way to delete this? Obviously, having large files stored doing nothing is unnecessary. Thanks in advance.

Can you contact us directly for that (feedback [at] bitsontherun), providing the key of your account? Then we'll delete the template and associated videos for you. It's indeed not automated at present, b/c the passthrough is a special case (no transcode, but plain copy of video).
