Template ID referenced in exception messages

Not a big deal, but I noticed today that template ID's still are used in at least one exception message, and it would be useful to have them updated to template key's like everywhere else.

Calling /videos/conversions/create with a template that already exists on the video returns an ItemAlreadyExists exception, and the message is "A conversion for template with the ID XXX already exists."
