I'm afraid there is no simple way to do this.
I would recommend that you look into the /videos/list call and and the videos URL scheme. You would have to write any polling for new videos logic yourself. Also please note that we have a fair use policy on our API, you should not perform this type of request more often then every 10 minutes.
