Issues with Wordpress Plugin

I installed the wordpress plugin and went to my clients account to get the api and secret key and they were not selectable to copy and paste, which leads me to think they are an issue. So, i manually typed them into the settings/media section of the wordpress site.

When i go back to the pages to install a Bits on the run video, no videos show up in the bits on the run sidebar, which seems like the account is not loaded correctly. I looked in the docs but there is nothing that helps... Please advise.

We are aware that there can be issues selecting the key/secret in some browsers (it doesn't work in Firefox, in some others you might have to start to select outside of the selection box, it does work fully correctly in Chrome. If you have issues selecting, it might be best to select them from the page source or something for the time being.

With manual typing there is a good chance that you exchanged a character, especially the capital i and the lowercase L look the same.

There are a couple of things you should check out:
1) In the section where you enter the Bits on the Run key and secret inside wordpress, there is also a section where you can select players. Does selecting players work?
2) Are you using a current version of PHP, is CURL for PHP installed?
3) Might there be any plugins or themes breaking things?

I had a problem similar to this, it was because the botr object in logic.js was not compiling. For me, this happened in IE9 Compatibility Mode and it was because a comma was use after the last element of a list in several places. I know this is usually okay, but some browsers are very strict about this.

After removing the trailing commas causing the issue, the videos on the right side loaded.

Ah, that makes a lot of sense. We'll fix that!
