180 Day Question

I have had a Pro Subscription for about a year now. The terms were that it had to be replenished every 6 months or else I would loose any account balance, whether their was activity or not.

I have been using the account for testing so the files stored are low and not changing at the moment and the bandwith charge has always been lower than what I had to purchase. That meant my balance kept increasing as I attempted to keep my account active.

My last purchase was February 1st, 2011 and so here I am again on August 1st. I see that you have a free account now. I have looked through the terms for the Pro account and I do not see the 180 day restriction anymore. Does that mean I am not about to loose my existing balance if I do not replenish my account?

I think my e-mail is valid as I have received a notice from you before. And yet I have received no e-mails recently.

My test video seems to run today so I have not been cut off. Please confirm any new conditions on my Pro account.

We have removed the 180 days restriction from pro accounts too; as long as your balance remains positive it will keep on working.
