I have a client that shows "Platform usage - 9 GB left". The platform balance history shows that - as of May 3rd - that there is 8.41GB being stored. I am assuming then that we are OK for the next 30 days? The email is joe@preferrededucation.com. Would you be able to confirm?
It looks like the account is currently managing 14.1 GB (you can find this out by going to the account tab, and delimit the time span covered by the graph only to today). Your current platform usage balance is 8.41. That means that your current balance is good for about 8.41/14.1 = 0.6 month, so that is about 18 days.
