So I'm working with the trial and I'm trying to get a grip on what this is going to cost the company I work for. However, I'm having a really hard time understanding what exactly "managing" means in regards to platform usage.
For example, in my account it currently says I've managed, on average, 2.3GB of video. However, looking at the chart, I barely broke 1GB a few days ago and since then I've fallen back below 1GB. At no time have I ever been above or below 2GB in such a way that would cause an average of 2.3GB usage for content in any way that I am aware.
Can someone help me understand this terminology?
Thanks.
I replied by email as well, this is what I wrote:
The graph displays the actual balance. So if for example you manage 3
GB, every day our system will deduct 1/30th of 3 GB from your platform
usage balance (which boils down to 100 MB per day).
If you limit the time covered by the graph to only today you will get
the amount of content that you are managing right now (or maybe at
00:00 UTC that day, I'm not 100% sure about that).
